Singara Puraskara

Singara means 'Decoration' OR 'Adornment'. The name was also specially chosen to depict the name of the adopted country of majority of its readers – Singapore.

The magazine is attractively laid out with interesting articles on a variety of subjects including humour, poetry, travelogues etc. primarily in Kannada language – the mother tongue of its members. Articles contributed by its members & guests have steadily increased since its inception, reflecting the magazine's popularity amongst its readers. This year the magazine will strive to reflect the dozen years of achievement of Kannada Sangha & the contribution of its members to the community & Singapore.
