The Singapore Indian Association (IA), established in 1923, promotes social, physical, intellectual, cultural development and the general welfare of its members. It also engages the general Indian community both local as well as the increasing numbers of newly arrived Indians in Singapore in all these aspects. The Association is organizing a major Carnival cum Musical Fund Raiser evening. Various ethnic Indian organizations that represent the art and culture of people from the different regions in India will be participating with the Indian Association. Details are as follows:

Entertainment: Indian Idol contestant and Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander winner Rahul Vaidya, Bollywood Singer Kavita, Live Band, DJ Anuraga Rupee Room celebrity & TV Comedian, lots of fun, games, etc..

Kannada Sangha (Singapore) will be participating in this event and giving two cultural performances.
Kannada Sangha (Singapore) will be provided with a space of 9 sq.ft to display prominent arts, handicrafts, textiles etc from Karnataka. If any of you are interested in showcasing exhibits, kindly contact kannadasangha@singara.com for details.
Further, if the Sangha members want to sell any products/services, a minimum of 9 sq.ft space will be provided:
a) Common tentage: S$250.00 (inclusive of 2 tables, 2 chairs, lights, fan)
b) Exclusive tentage: S$400.00 (inclusive of 2 tables, 2 chairs, lights, fan)
